Once the "charging is complete" is displayed on my cell phone is it bad to leave it plugged in for a long time afterwards?

I do it all the time and haven't noticed any adverse effects, but that's not technical advice.

I guess I haven't noticed any problems yet either, I just wondered if I am slowly damaging the battery or maybe it will just up and die someday?!?!

I do that a lot. I will plug my phone in to charge and run off for the rest of the day doing stuff and not even thinking about it. I don't thin it runs the batteries down cause mine is still going strong. Just like the bunny.

Someone had told me that you should let the battery fully discharge every once in a while, then recharge it. I don't why that is, but since I use my phone till it dies, it's not really an issue with me.

I guess I haven't noticed any poorer battery life yet, but I should try to only charge when it is almost dead from the sound of it.
