A phone the size of a chocolate bar
SAmsun's tiny t509 received a 77 or Good rating from PC World. It measures 4.6 inches long by 1.8 inches wide by 0.4 inches thick and weighs just 2.7 ounces. The exterior is plastic, and according to PC World feels less sturdy than models encased in metal. Reviewers also noted that its small size made it awkward to hold, yet despite this, it possessed good voice quality and volume.
Right now it's running around $200, but a good deal can lead you to a $50 phone.

Personal comment
I don't want a bulky bag phone, but I know I'd lose a phone this small.

I agree. That's too small for me. I have a tendency to lose the flip phone I have now.

My problem with the flip phone is my tendency to . . . break it. To many moving parts give me something to fiddle with, and before I know it, the darn thing has missing parts.

as long as it isn't wrapped in foil, brown and doesn't say hershey on the outside.
if it's the size of a chocolate bar, wouldn't want any confusion.
the smallness of it could be awkward to use (but if it has otherwise good qualities, a headset could be used).
It sounds cute.

Definitely cute. I think that I'd rather have a chocolate bar the size of a phone.

Oh yeah -- one this small would be completely flushable in some toilets (the ones theat claim to have the ability to flush golfballs.)

No way -- I was thinking the size of a BAG phone. I could find a way to chip away at that bar for a few weeks.
