Default CRT TV's gotta love em!!!

These gigantic tvs are great or at least some of them are huge. They are cheap and very affordable too now adays I mean with the new Hi Def stuff coming out these CRT's are not going anywhere anytime soon I don't think.

I mean once the Plasma's and LCD TV's come down a little bit in price you might see less and less of the CRT tv's.

But their price tag should continue to be less and less too.

So I am looking forward to getting me a nice 30+ inch CRT when the price goes down to about 100 bucks or so just so they can compete with the bigger faster better models of the plasma and the LCD.

Now I may be wrong but these CRT's still have a place in my heart and especially in my pocketbook. WHAT SAY YOU?

I'm pretty sure you'll never see a 30" HDTV of any type. Even now, the best you can do with $100 is a sub-20" SDTV. The best deal I've found is the Philips refurb I got. 30" HDTV, under $400 shipped.

It's going to take a few more years before HDTVs come down in price, but like everything else, I think they will. Technology is moving forward at such a fast rate that there will be something in the not-to-distant future that will make HDTVs go the way of the CRT.

Of course, everything goes down in price over time. Remember when DVD players were considered expensive? Now you could buy a really cheap one for $20!

Patience sometimes can be a virtue when it comes to waiting for the price of a product to go down. I also look in the classifieds for things I am looking for. If I find something that might interest me, then I just take my son in lsaw with me to check it out.
