Default Sony's Cyber-shot

Sony's cyber-shot DSC-H5 camera is amazing!

It has 7.2 mega pixels... I'm not sure if I really need 7.2 mega pixels... but it never hurts to have high quality pictures.

I do really love to take pictures and it will be nice to blow some of the really cute pictures up and not have to worry about the image being distorted.

The Carl Zeizz 12X lens makes zooming in on the kids a whole lot easier. And of course it has the super steady shot which helps to stabilize the camera so you don't get all those blurry images when you are trying to take pictures while you are moving.

The camera has so much stuff on it, I think it can do a lot more than I have been able to figure out.

Wow, that camera sounds awesome! I really like the camera my friend loaned to me (I have not given it back yet..lol) it's a Kodac and is only 2 megapixels but man...the photos are sooo sharp and clear it's unreal. I just might "loose" it..and keep it forever

Having image stabilization is a good thing on digital cameras. I think having that feature is important to most people.

Question question on Sony cybershot 2.0 mega Pixals

I have a Sony---cybershot 2.0 mega pixals that I originally spent almost 500 dollars for about 4 years ago. It has not worked in the last two years---turning on the display screen to a normal blue---then dying out imediately. I have bought new sticks and new rechargable batteries----cleaned it---done every thing I can think of to get the poor thing working again---all to no avail----it seems to decorate the inside of my purse as an unused fixture .
I am so hopeful that someone will know something about this particular digital that can offer me some suggestions other than the trash.
Also is the new one still using a memory stick? I have 4 sticks for this 2.0 that costed about 30 each----so trashing them as well feels alot like pain. If the end result is my camera is too old and trash---then I would hope to salavge something beyond the batteries.HELP !!!!!!!!!!!
