It now seems like megapixels are taking a back seat to bells and whistles on digital cameras, most notably the number of picture taking modes a camera has. According to Laptop Magazine, "This trend has evolved way beyond the banal Party, Sports, and Pet modes to include HP's Slimming mode on the Photosmart R927, which sheds a few unwanted pounds from its subjects. Then there's the eBay mode on the Casio Exilim EX-Z850, which is designed to help you get close-ups of the junk you want to unload online."

How about these modes suggested by Laptop Magazine?!?!
1. MySpace mode- automatically adds a truker hat & tattoos
2. Fake ID mode- adds five years to age, a moustache, and male pattern baldness.
3. Vacation mode- adds tan lines, smiles, fake palm trees and tiny umbrellas are added to all drinks.
4. Barry Bonds mode- adds Hulk-like strength
