Default Camera Repair?

Hey, I was wondering if anyone knows of a reasonably priced camera repair store etc. I own a Sony Cybershot (4.1 Megapixels) and recently jammed the lens on it, so now the lens will not retract back into the camera. This is actually the second time it has happened, but the first time I was covered by the warranty; this time i'm out of luck! If I send it to the same place I used last time (Precision Camera Repair in Connecticut) they'll charge me like $110, so at that point I'd probably be better off buying a new camera. Anyone have any suggestions for me? Thanks, I appreciate the input.

Cybershots are pricey, so i don't think you will get a newer model for that price. Have you thought about contacting the manufacture and asking which stores are authorized repair shops for the camera ?

That's a good point, at least if I'm gonna pay a huge amount to get it fixed, I want it to be done by somebody who's authorized & knows what they're doing. I was actually thinking I'd just get a new camera altogether, probably not a cybershot. Anyways thank you for the tip!
