Smile Digital remastering of old shows

Yesterday I applauded the invention of the director's cut in the DVD. After watching a couple of Andy Griffith episodes, I also have to applaud the film industry's ability to "digitally remaster" film. I can't believe how clear some of these old shows come across.

Not only does remastering the old shows allow us to see them the way they where meant to be seen, the new technology being used should ensure that they are around for many generations to watch and enjoy.

Yeah - I hope to share Andy Griffith with my kids. It's such a good show.

I love watching those old shows . They were a lot more family orientated than some are now. My son does sit down and watch the andy griffith show with his kids and they seem to enjoy. Thy both get a kick out of barney.
