this may be the wrong place to be posting something like this but if anyone has any tips it would be much appreciated

So i did some research and bought this my cinema u3100mini TV tuner off the internet. Now apparently i didnt do enough research because when i go to setup TV in media center i get a "hardware is not supported in your region" message.

So basically from my resaerch before buying i thought Canada where i live had ATSC and QAM signals now i find out only some places in canada do and will be completly switched in 2011

My question is how can i get this TV tuner to work where I am (convertor box or something)? will I have to wait until ATSC is introduced in my area
