Default PC4200 vs PC2700 RAM

Hi,
Im planning to upgrade my inspiron 9300 up to 2gb and use the ram on my 700M-710M. The problems is that the 9300 uses PC4200 533mhz RAM and the 710M uses PC2700 at 333 mhz. Can be use it with good results? Any downsides? The pinout and voltages are different?

512mb on 700M/710M
200-Pin SODIMM PC2700 @ 333MHz (64 x 64) DDR

512mb on 9300
200-Pin DIMM PC4200 # 533 MHz (64 X 64) DDR2
