Help regarding Toshiba - Satellite A105 laptop



I have broken LCD panel.I want to buy some second hand panel from ebay or something.Can any one guide me can i replace panel with any brand panels or only Toshiba panel.And if i can change the LCD panel what i need to seacrh exactly or what i need to ask in stores.Help me please i want repalce cheap.
