1. Take advantage of special online discounts.
2. Shop computer fairs.
3. Scour Ebay & Craigslist
4. Save on shipping when possible

Becoming a member at eBay is free, if you sell items on eBay there is a percentage cost you pay to them.

If you buy something off of eBay you don't pay eBay anything- only the person you bought the item from.
