More and more notebooks are offering spill resistant keyboards, buttons, and mousepads, but even those that do not are starting to offer "Accidental Damage Protection Plans" to protect you against spills, power surges, etc.

Yup you are correct but a day will come when you will not have to think about your laptops coz it will be programmed so that it automatically gets sensing the threat.

Kind of like the new Volvo that has a heartbeat sensor in it so you can tell if someone is waiting inside your car to carjack/steal your car!!

I am waiting for a computer that can clean its own spill, vacuum off dust, and keep little fingures off it! Maybe a dog barking program...
