I think the IPS panel with it's other advanced features provide's the stable touch option too?

but I am confused that is it true or not..

My cousin is planning to buy LCD tv in coming month.
So I want to suggest her to buy a tv with IPS panel , but I am confused about this option.

Yes, the IPS panel do provide with the stable touch option.
It is the technology that is used by LG in its LCD TVs.

I would say that your suggestion to your cousin is absolutely right because IPS is actually a better option than others.

I am saying so because IPS Panel contains features like:
1. High Brightness
2. Vivid & Clear Motion Picture
3. Wide Viewing angle etc.

and yes it does contain Stable Touch Panel.

Yea, it has a feature that is no color change.
So, there will be no color change in this panel, you will be able to watch more clearly....
