Last night I opened character palette and it froze on me. I couldn't restart at the time so I moved it out the way. When I did restart it was still there, but then it started to flash and has done since.

I have repaired permissions, ran macjanitor to clanup a little and and trashed the finder preferences...but it still goes on !

Any ideas what I can do? I'm running 10.4.5. The error is in my account, because I set up a new user, and the problem doesn't continue.
