AFAIK the card uses a Realtek RTL8180 chip, what about trying reference drivers from Realtek's website at

If you use Windows XP I'd also suggest not installing the utility supplied with the card and using the built-in Windows manager instead. To get this going, right-click My Computer and select Manage. Once the Computer Management console appears, drill down to Services and Applications, Services, then make sure the Wireless Zero Configuration service is running and set to start automatically.
