I bought a Brother 5450 Laser Printer that is network ready for a medical office. At the moment all they have in place is a few laptops connected wirelessly to the I'net. One of the laptops has the C:\ shared out so that everyone can access files that is stored on it. All of the printers are directly connected to each laptop but each can print to the others. I thought having this network printer would make life easier for them since they are spending a fortune on ink cartridges. They have a VoIP system so the devices can connect to RJ45 ports on their phones. I planned on connected the Brother 5450 to the ethernet port on one phone. Will the other computers see this thru the Router and be able to print to it?
