I'm new in networking.

In IE, I can't browse on some websites (e.g. www.britannica.com), even in some blogsites.

OS is WinXP w/ SP2.

I forgot..

My OS is WinXP Home.

What is the problem - IE or network connection?

I use DSL (1.5Mbps)..

Try an alternate browser like Firefox or Opera to see if they connect.
If they do, it may be IE.
If they don't, then wait for the HJT readers to comment on the log.

Try to disable the firewall and see if you can connect. If you can connect with the firewall disabled, it's in the firewall software.

I tried Opera and Firefox and I also try to disable the Windows Firewall, but it's still the same.

I hired a network admin and he's the one that makes my lan connection. I also asked him if he can solve the problem, he said that he didn't know why does it happens.

And he also assigned IP addresses in all of the pc (I have 21 pc, he assigned from 192.168.0.1 to 192.168.0.21).

Is my Default Gateway, DHCP Server and DNS Server are correct?

My ISP (PLDT) said that my IP address is "static", and he gave me this IP addresses:
203.172.11.21
203.172.11.22
203.172.11.23
203.172.11.24
203.172.11.25

I used 203.172.11.21 and 203.172.11.25. Is that correct?

I forgot to tell: in 1 pc, I used Automatic Update and IE v.7 Beta, it still the same, can't access some website.

You have it as part of the Mcafee Security Suite. Unless you disabled it, it's there.

I have no McAfee Firewall, i use Windows Firewall but I disable it.
