If it's not made for the respective platform, then don't try to change that. If it is, buy it! This is a legality issue and you're going to have a hard time finding someone to help with this.

I would say that there is no way that it can be done, but there is a way for anything in life to be done, so I'm about 98% sure that it can't be done.

The system configurations for a computer are set in the game and to my knowledge, are different than any game system out there.
