Black Mesa Source Leaked...
The popular Black Mesa (Source) modification has some unfortunate news. Yesterday, the development staff had received reports of a possible leak when images not taken by any BM staff member began to surface. When this individual was questioned about the images, he released images of the directory and file structure of the installed alpha itself.
The details on how the leak came to be are being kept confidential to protect the integrity of the current security measures, although more security measures are being placed to prevent any such occurrence from happening again. The Black Mesa development team urges you not to download the files if you come about them, as in no way does the current quality reflect the goals of the staff, and will only ruin the future experience. This attack won't by any means delay production very much, but security will be tightened before new work progresses.
Help the Black Mesa staff out. If you come across any unofficial media or files, please report it. Full information on where to report, as well as more information about the leak itself can be found in this forum thread. Let's keep the modding community a respectable and friendly one, if you have any information on who committed this disrespectful act, make it known.
As always, we'll do our best to keep you up-to-date on the situation as it unfolds. Good luck, Black Mesa!
