Will there ever be competition for WoW?

I am hooked, hooked, hooked on WoW. My first MMORPG and have been playing it straight since December 2004 (although I have been playing RPGs for many years).

I've tried other games like Star Wars Galaxies, Guild Wars, Dungeons & Dragons Online and Dark Age of Camelot. Not can compare so far in graphics, sound, involvement, character bonding, etc. I've stopped trying them all about as fast as I started them.

Will WoW ever get any competition? I love the game, but would love some other story lines, besides just these "ancient times". It seems Blizzard has created an awesome game with Auction Houses, great Chat Channel separation, a great economy with trading/crafting, lots of character antics and voice emotes, etc. I'm surprised no other games are out or are on the horizon with the same type of feel or content.

Maybe I'm just not aware of any, so if you have info I don't, please let me know.
