Default What happened to Imagic?

Okay, this isn't a very up-to-date question....

I've been able to find out very little about the disappearance of Imagic and Digital Integration several years ago.

I own most of the titles, such as iM1A2 Abrams, and iF-16 and have always wondered what happened to the companies.... I think Imagic changed their name to ientertainment network, but I'm not sure. At least, Warbirds III is supported there, but non of the older titles are even mentioned.

As for DI, I don't even know if they were a division of Imagic or a different company altogether. I'm just curious to know what happened; all of a sudden, there was no more Imagic..... Anyone know what went on?

This is a mystery to me, like the one surrounding the Shreddies mascots, Freddy and Eddie.... were they murdered??? Perhaps they are buried in Giants stadium
