Gaming professionals?
Is there such a thing as a gaming professional? The more I read about gamers and their machines makes me wonder how in the world anyone could afford such hardware.

Really. I didn't know such a job existed, but I guess I shouldn't be surprised. Are there national gaming competitions? Do people bring their own controllers?

So . .. is there a Game Cube Championship of the World? I can just see the ratings for that on ESPN. Right up there with Poker Championships.

These kinds of competitions have to have entry fees. You think? I'm wondering if there's a place in the professional world for gaming coaches or tutors?

I'm sure they do have entry fees- they probably use them to help pay the winners

Oh duh -- I forget about that. I am guessing that these gaming competitions also have sponsors that help pay for the prize money and the subsequent hardware.
