If you like RTS games and if you don't mind playing something old, then I have to recommend Starcraft. You can get the Battle Chest that has both the game and the expansion pack for just $20. Despite it's age, too, there are still a good number of people playing it on Battle.net, too.

i'm not big on RTS, but starcraft is probably my favorite of the genre.
