I have a problem that when i insert a disc in dvd writer, my computer gets hanged please help me.

I think the issue lies in the disk more than the computer, i think you should try another set of CD and then see how the PC reacts to it.

For my computer, it hangs out when I insert USB to it. It's not because of the USB, because I try to insert different usb and into different computers

it sounds as if a virus attack, or its migt be isssue of your disk, either try cleaning your disk with some sort of liquid and also run a virus scan on your PC.
