I don't even bother with that rating from Google's page rating thingy. I just leave it alone. I have the google toolbar for the sole purpose as a nice pop-up blocker. That's it.

The more links the page has from other sites, the higher its page rank

So, because everyone is noticing it and linking to it, it's page ranking is going up.

Makes perfect sense.

I have to say google has made a wonderful niche for itself. Its a story of a true succes.

One it doesn't have a large community bashing it for its abuses.

Its HIGHLY RESPECTED AMONG THE MAJORITY OF COMPUTER USERS.

It offers WONDERFUL SERVICES which most sites only dream of touching.

To me google is prob the most respectable computer company (or technology out there), its a simple sucess.

Even when the gov said hey google heres a wararnt lets see that search results from your customers, google said "STFU Customer privacy is more important"
