Default Pioneer portable navigation

Pioneer has come out with a new 6.4 ounce gps navigator that makes navigation affordable and portable. The AVIC-S1 navigator has a 2gb hard drive and comes preloaded with maps of the US and Canada, plus 1.5 million points of interest for when you need to find a resaurant, gas station, or atm!!! with this do you need to knwo the address like you do with other GPS or how does that work?

For the pre-loaded points of interest and pre-loaded maps you just have to know the name of the business, bank, etc. For ones that are not pre-loaded you would have to know the address in order to find it I would think. www.pioneerelectronics.com would probably have more info if you need it.

Oh I get it they preload most of um and then you have to do the rest but thats an excellent little deal.

As with most of these things, I am sure that after a while you will be able to purchase upgrades for them that would have expanded points of interest, maps, etc.
