Pioneer has come out with a new 6.4 ounce gps navigator that makes navigation affordable and portable. with this do you need to knwo the address like you do with other GPS or how does that work?

For the pre-loaded points of interest and pre-loaded maps you just have to know the name of the business, bank, etc. For ones that are not pre-loaded you would have to know the address in order to find it I would think. www.pioneerelectronics.com would probably have more info if you need it.

Oh I get it they preload most of um and then you have to do the rest but thats an excellent little deal.

As with most of these things, I am sure that after a while you will be able to purchase upgrades for them that would have expanded points of interest, maps, etc.
