I was shocked to see Google UK rank going up and down frequently. I have a website which ranked good on Google UK. However, it is fluctuating whenever I check it. In morning, my site was in the 25th position. By evening, it dropped to 34th position. After two days, the ranking was back in place. However, the next day, it was #5. It is now at the 40th position. I was thinking about the actual reason for such a problem. At that time, I did not work on on-page SEO, link building and other services. What can be the reason?

That sort of thing tends to happen when google is doing on update, so they say. It should settle down in a week if not sooner.
