Smile mp3 players

I am new to the technology world and am looking to buy a MP3 player.

I jog 3 miles a day and a portable CD player just does not seem to do the trick. It seems to skip, no matter what brand I buy.

I like all kinds of music and would love to have at least 200 songs at my dispense so I can pick and choose what to listen to when I am exercising.

I am also wondering what price range that would fit in. I am looking at spending around $ 300 and what the best device for this price range would be.

Thank you.

You definitely want something with flash memory, not a hard drive. a 30/60GB iPod is out, but you could still use a Nano, or most other mp3 players.

Default Sony

My husband bought a Sony MP3 player for when he goes out running. It's cool looking - red - and has quite a bit of memory. However, NO OWNER'S MANUAL came with it! So we've just been playing with it to figure out how to download songs onto it, etc. Do you think I could get that off of Sony's web site?

Default headset

Another question: the MP3 player we have has really uncomfortable headphone ear pieces. They hurt my ears and don't really stay on well when I'm walking. Anyone have any ideas of the best kind to get?

Those are the ones I use, easily the best on the market for that price range.
