Nike workouts on iPods
I recently discovered this handy motivational tool for iPod lovers and those working to stay or get back in shape. Nike has developed musical selections based on your needs for workouts. They have tuns for chics, for those who love the 80's, and those who just need motivation.

The other nice item for the iPod out there but not from iTunes is iTrain, a website with workouts specifically designed for you. They run anywhere from 20 minutes to 60 minutes, and from what I can tell, the trainer talks to you through the music, giving you instructions for a variety of workouts.

Yes - they work on downloads. You purchase music and download it to your iTunes, a free program. When you plug your iPod into your computer, iTunes pops up and updates your iPod to include everything you have in your iTunes library.
I'm not sure how the iTrain works though. I'm guessing that either saves the workout to a library or puts it right on your iPod.

Yeah -- the iTrain workouts are just that -- workouts-- and not just music. We live way too far in the sticks to find a real "trainer," so this definitely appeals to me.
