We've already discussed the Nike Tunes and iTrainer. This looks like a similar site, This company mixes music that you select from your iTunes library with training instructions from fitness experts to provide a personalized workout for you. That's what makes this one different from the others. You're picking out the music from your own iPod. This one does cost: $19.95 per month for advice from featured trainers; $24.95 a month to get you access to one trainer from the Premier roster, which is stocked wit "trainers to the stars." Your PC will automatically transfer the mp3 to your iPod.
