Hi,

We are looking into upgrading our Sony Bravia 50 inch rear pro and going for a 50 inch Plasma. We like the Bravia but find the picture to be darker then other peoples LCD's and Plasmas. We have played with the picture settings endlessly but cannot find a happy medium.
We would like a 50 inch plasma that doesn't have speakers down the sides of the screen due to space. We would like at least 2 HDMI connectors, 2 scarts and something that has a slim bezel in black or silver.

Anybody offer any suggestions? I have checked online but have no idea what is considered as a good purchase plasma wise? We are looking to spend somewhere around the £2,000 region. The cheaper the better though

You may want to talk to an authority on plasma televisions. I hear they don't last very long. Maybe the source I had wasn't very reliable. Although I was reading from someone on this forum that they had purchase a plasma tv not too long ago and it quit on lthem already. Then someone anwered back, that that wasn't too uncommon. Hopefully I am completelly wrong. Good luck.
