Panasonic TH-42Px6OU without pic in a pic
That's the downside to Panasonic's new tv. I'd call its price another one -- $2499. It has a native resolution of 1045x768, and that's not enough to display every pixel of HDTV sources, but no plasma this size can do that yet either.
So if you're looking for a good plasma withOUT picture in a picture, consider this one.

I have a regular tv in my room and in the living room it serves me well And i dont think ill be buying HD or Plasma anytime soon.

Personally, I think these are way too expensive and downright overpriced. Who loves TV so much that they'd shell over that much money? I mean think about it -- that's several house payments for some people.

I agree tech Ive always agreed on that. They are way to expensive maybe the price will go down one day but most likely not in the near future.

Plasma tv's have come down a long ways in price, but as everyone has stated, they are still to rich for my blood!!

Not to mention what it costs to fix one that breaks: I've heard it costs just as much in time as it does in money.

Hmmm... Now pic in pic How big does it really get? I mean Ive seen it before but it was just at ing box in a big box it wasnt nothing big.

Most of the picture in picture boxes are not big enough to actually watch something on, but they are nice for channel surfing while watching something else.
