Question Pioneeer brand

I have owned a Pioneer reciever for about 4 years. It hasn't given me any trouble but I am looking to upgrade my system. I've heard lots of good things about Bose systems but I am thinking of sticking with Pioneer.

Pioneer seems to still have good prices on their receivers I've just heard a lot of good things about Bose lately.

Yeah but is it worth the extra price you would probably pay for a bose versus what you would pay for a pioneer? I personally really like the pioneer. I guess you need to ask yourself if you can afford the difference.

I have a Pioneer Elite receiver and have no desire to change. I know that there are a lot of good receivers out there (Denon, Onkyo, and so forth) but the cost differential is not worth it in my mind. If I were to upgrade anything it would be my speakers.

I just purchased a Pioneer surround sound home theater system. I'm glad to hear that it holds up so well. My panasonic system crashed within a year of purchase!

My husband swears by Pioneer speakers. It's funny: I grew up thinking Pioneer was a seed corn brand.

You could do better with the speakers, but Pioneer's speakers are not the worst in the world that's for sure.
