"Unknown Error"
Anyone come across this when using your Dimage software:
"Unknown Error" "Confirm no other Dimage software is running"
I'm using a mac with OS 10.4.x, Dimage software is the newest version, tried uninstall > reboot > install > reboot > run program, with same results. I tried the Minolta web site support area which is VERY poor and multiple searches came up with nothing. My scanner is only two days old and if I can't get this fixed, I'm returning the scanner and getting a Coolscan.
