I have a Minolta Dimage Scan Elite 5400 and I'm wondering what settings/techniques others use to get their scanned slides and negatives accepted. Specifically, does the multisampling help, and at what number? I know the x16 takes forever, x2 still exhibits noise/grain. I'm hoping that someone else has already crossed this bridge. Any guidance is appreciated.
