I plan to build a DIY sub using the TC-3000 15" driver and a 1000watt RMS plate amp. With EQ. I need Sealed enclosure suggestions. Anyone? Will it be worth it?

TC Sounds website lists 3.5ft3 net for this driver in a sealed enclosure for home use. The driver itself displaces .14ft3
