In states like AZ and others You will see signs for SPEED ENFORCED BY AIRCRAFT if you see an airplane flying over SLOW DOWN because somehow they monitor your speed and report it to the HP who then comes to pull you over... This happened on my wedding day 50 miles away 30 minutes until the court house closed and 30 minutes to get ther eand get married and 80-65 THE cop only let us go beucase my husband was an MP not becuase he had sympathy for our weddingf day LOL but they dont mess around.

Forget about Arizona. That happens even here in SD. My brother-in-law received his ticket in the mail after speeding down one of those backwoods oil roads in Davison County.
