If you have a question about a product find the thread that it will best fit in and post your question. Thousands of people will be reading your post and people knowledgable in that area will make suggestions that just might help you out.

If you have used a specific product and want to list a brief review of it, that will be helpful to others who may be considering buying that product.

If we have problems with a piece of technology that we own, can we post that on here as well?

When I was in Arizona I had the laptop outside on the deck and in a few short moments a dust storm came up----- I rushed to get it asap----but dust had already covered the keys---I took an air can to it but I can still see lots of dust in between keys. Since I am having some connection problems with power cord---I thought this may be related. Any Suggestions or is this for the professionals????

Are we able to give negative reviews about a particular product? Is it okay to mention retailer web sites and bad experiences with them?

I took my laptop in for a cleaning about a month. We've been doing some construction work inside the house, and dust is flying everywhere. I told the technician this. What he did was grab a hose connected to an air compressor and used it to blow the dust out.

Like you, I had been using the canned air to try and get the dust out. With all the dust that came flying out of my computer when the technician took the compressor to it, I've realized that the canned air doesn't have the power necessary to get into all the nooks and crannies that exist in a laptop.
