Default To those with TiVo: what do you use it for?

I'm just curious as to exactly how individuals use TiVo. Does anyone record season passes? Do you utilize it for sporting events? Soaps? I just wonder what the most popular use is?

Default Tivo

Individuals with TIVO tend to record mostly sporting events. In my case the whole season of Desperate House wives as it comes on right around dinner and bath time for little ones. Its a great invention

We've used ours for whole seasons of Law & Order, and my husband utilized it to catch NHL games. As mentioned in an earlier blog, I especially liked this because he would erase the games where his team didn't win so he didn't waste his time watching a disappointing game.

It depends on if you're a real TV junkie or not. We're not big junkies, but my husband loves to record games (hockey or football). If it's an incredible game, he'll keep it for months. . . so we need a decent-sized memory.
