If you decide to go with ITP after hearing bad things about Vonage(like India Tech Support, Higher Priced, etc.).
You will receive a free adapter 3 days after you placed the order, and have it working within and hour of receiving it.
I did have one small issue with getting it connected. Aparently my ISP was blocking ports so that I could only use their VoIP service, I think that is a very sheisty business practice and I have actually considered switching since then. Anyway, ITP's AMERICAN Tech Support made me aware fo this immediately and contacted my provider to allow the ports.
So my phone began working immediately. The Call Quality is good but not great. I may be being a little picky but I have really high standards. I am very happy I chose ITP for my switch to VoIP and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great service at a great price.
